Aerobics
Low impact aerobics is suitable for all levels, including seniors, pregnant individuals and those who haven't exercised since school! It's very beginner-friendly so don't think you won't be able to do it - you definitely can.
​ It involves movement to music combined with strength exercises and, best of all, there's no rush at the end - you can stay on to socialise over a free cuppa! ​ You don't need any special equipment. Just come in some loose clothing.
